- LARGE BACKLIT LCD DISPLAY - The LCD thermometer's large display is easy to read and because it's backlit you can read the display when lighting is poor. The calibration function allows you to recalibrate if necessary.
- POWER SAVING - The power-saving function allows the digital thermometer for cooking to switch off if no buttons are pressed for 30 minutes and the temperature drops below 150 F.
- PROBE DIMENSIONS - Length 2"; Diameter 0.160". The Maverick thermometer comes with a limited one-year warranty. A silicone cover protects the faceplate when the thermometer is not being used.
