- SIZES/YIELD OF SINGLE STRENGTH JUICE: Availability for 100 Pure Watermelon Fruit Juice Concentrate: 1/1 quart makes 2.5+ gallons of single strength juice; SAVE 2/1 quart makes 5.25+ gallons of single strength juice; 4/1 quart SAVE makes 10.75+ gallons 53/750 ml bottles) of single strength juice.
- CONCENTRATED JUICE PRODUCT: 65 +/- 2 brix, suggested dilution rate is 1:8.34, 1 quart makes about 9.25 quarts of single strength juice per quart, THIS IS NOT an extract.
- APPLICATIONS: Numerous uses, Brewing Beer, Wine Making, Home and Commercial Vintners, Mead, Ale, Hard Cider, Spirits, or Smoothies. Great as a stand-alone drink, or add to your favorite beverage.
- FLAVORING: Excellent for flavoring for many food/drink products such as Tea, Meats, CBC products, Ice Cream, Standard Cider, Slushies and more. Many beer brewers use in the secondary fermentation for flavor.
