Sony SCL-PK6/F pack of six high-quality prime lenses has been specifically developed for CineAlta cameras and promises excellent color rendition, low distortion and mechanical durability. Cinematographers are raving about their results. The lenses sit in robust, metal housing and all except the 135mm lens have the same compact design and the same front diameter and lens length. The geared lens rings are all in the same relative locations, too, so it's possible to change lenses on set without having to move accessories such as follow focus. Each lens also has a nine-bladed iris, and a focus that rotates 240-degrees. The lenses have been made from advanced glass to ensure unified colour characteristics, with the whole set of primes being carefully colour matched to avoid any issues with color matching in post. On top of this, the new Sony primes are certified for 4K capture, while minimizing chromatic aberration, geometric distortion, vignetting, and breathing, making them idea for capturing vfx shots with a clean key. Sony's new generation of PL mount prime lenses has been developed for its new CineAltaTM 4K cameras, the F55 and F5. Backed by decades of expertise in optical designing, these lenses ensure high resolution, excellent color rendition, low distortion, and mechanical durability. The addition of the F55 and F5 cameras and these high-performing yet reasonably priced prime lenses to the CineAlta product lineup makes Super 35 mm production more accessible than ever before. The set includes 6 lenses with focal lengths of 20mm, 25mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm and 135mm. For easy lens changes, all lenses have a consistent design, with metal casings and an aperture of T2. A 9-blade iris delivers a beautiful bokeh(the out-of-focus area of an image) and the focus ring rotates 240deg.
