Housings are 100 blasted clean, all mounting threads are inspected and re-tapped for easy installation and consistent torque. Terminals are 100 OE-quality; high-temp insulators make connections secure and reliable. Armatures and Commutors are 100 precision-machined and electronically tested for consistent starting performance. Bushings are 100 new copper and bronze-sintered, oil pregnated armature support bushings. Bearings are 100 inspected or new, with high-temperature for longer life. Brushes are 100 new to insure long life and optimum performance. Every solenoid assembly is completely dissembled and rmanufactured with 100 new copper contacts for consistent starter performance, 100 new terminal hardware and high temperature solnoid caps for increased starter durabiltiy.
