To activate the Massage function, slide the bottom switch to "LO" or "HI". You can use both sides of the massage head to enjoy different massage sensations. Once the massage function is on, slide the top switch to "HEAT ON" to activate. The red lights on the massage head will illuminate to indicate the heat is on. In order to experience soothing heat, you must use the illuminated side of the massage head. Note: The Heat function can only be activated when the Massage function is in use.
