Unlike instant “tent” shelters, the Casita sturdy metal frame and triple ply vinyl roof give consistent and dependable outdoor shelter. Set up is an easy 2 person job for a sunny afternoon. A rugged vinyl canopy roof offers exceptional cover from the sun while sturdy fiberglass screening keeps out insects and lets breezes flow through. The well built steel frame is available in four footprints and two color themes, each with a hinged swing out door. Features of Roof Canopy

Casita roofs are a tough triple ply laminate. The top and bottom layers are vinyl treated to resist mildew and fading. The added middle layer is a polyester scrim to ensure structural strength and shape retention. Grommets in each roof panel help avoid water pocketing and sagging. The roof panels are reinforced at the seams with vinyl binding and the scallop (valence) at bottom is bound to retain shape and facilitate water dispersal. Peak roof heights range from 89” to 104”. Casita roofs are available in two colors, an architectural gray or earth tone almond. This sturdy roof canopy provides a relaxing outdoor haven, insect free and sheltered from the sun's rays or a light summer rain.

Set Up , Maintenance and Storage

There are four steps for assembly: 1. Pull from carton and unfold to form the rough shape. 2. Insert the hinges and fasten cables. 3. Hook roof tubes to hub and wall panels. 4. Unfold the roof and allow to rest flat before snapping on. Ground stakes are provided for additional stability. An easy to follow assembly manual with set up tips is included and access to our customer help line. Accessories, such as privacy panels or deck anchoring kits may be ordered using the parts list included. You can occasionally hose down roof with a garden hose, a nice sunny day is best. During the off-season your Casita can be re-packed stored in the original carton

Features of Frame

High grade steel frame has a premium baked on finish to resist fading, chipping, rust and corrosion. Casita walls are pre-assembled and hinged, ready to unfold and set up out of the box. Support bar between top and bottom screening assures panel stability. Top and bottom stability is achieved with a patented cable retainer system. The aluminum door panel can be placed wherever is most convenient for access, and frame includes steel baffles for header and kick plate. The screening is rust proof polyester 18 x 26 memory mesh. A support bar between top and bottom screening assures horizontal stability. A patented cable retainer system provides top to bottom stability.
