The high-contrast LCD screen displays countdown timer and heating progress for intuitive control. Metal construction and a ceramic cooking surface that is 11x more durable than standard nonstick surfaces provide long-lasting performance. When closing the lid for contact grilling, an adjustable floating hinge design accommodates different food thicknesses so even the biggest steak and chop cuts can easily be grilled.
