Description
- Our 100 Made in USA Collet Reducers allow you to gain critical spindle nose clearance on live tool lathes, as well as adapt large ER32 and ER25 collets down to ER16 collets for smaller tools, while maintaining low tool runout.
- Most commonly used on live tool lathes. Can also be used in mills for extra tool stickout on deep parts.
- Tool bodies are made from hardened 17-4 Stainless .
- ER16 mini-nuts are made from A2 tool steel and hardened to 57-62Rc.
- Assembled Runout is tested at .0003" or less on the tool shank when used with a super precision collet.
