Description
- FILTER DELETERIOUS CHEMICALS: Among the filtration media employed is a natural carbon filter that captures microscopic particles. Effectively reduce a number of deleterious chemicals such as chlorine, benzene, solvents trihalomethane compounds, volatile organic chemicals.
- KEEP THEM CLEAN: Take out apart every 2 or 3 months and rinse out both tanks, it is advised to wash with cold water. It is also a good idea to clean off the other pre-filters to keep them in good working order. It must be replaced if its surface becomes permanently discolored or hardened.
- REPLACEMENT: Your product manual includes the recommended intervals for inspection and replacement. It must be replaced if it has reach 900 liters or three months of use, whichever comes first. This may need to be performed less or more frequently, depending on operating conditions.
- IMPORTANT: Use with cold water only. Filter cartridge must be soaked in cold water for at least 8 hours. This product is designed to reduce objectionable tastes, odors, colors, aesthetic chlorine, VOCs and mercury from municipally treated tap water.
