- Anchor AF-156002 Replacement Cartridge Set consists of AF-1500 Carbon Block, AF-1501 Sediment, and AF-1502 GAC+KDF replacement filter cartridges.
- Replacement cartridge set for AF-6002 3-Stage Whole House Water Filtration Systems, ASIN: B08LD4DVMX. Also fits any system that has 4.25 in. x 20 in. standard-sized housing.
- The 5-micron polypropylene sediment pre-filter extracts suspended materials such as sediment, rust, insects, and other particles. It also extends life of other, more expensive cartridges and prevents damage. The filter cartridge is easy to install and should be replaced about every 6 months for consistent clean and refreshing water.
- The GAC+KDF replacement filter cartridge consists of Granular Activated Carbon and 4lbs of KDF-55. KDF removes heavy metals from water and significantly extends the life of carbon cartridges by protecting the carbon bed from fouling. KDF can remove up to 99 of water-soluble lead, mercury, nickel, chromium, and other dissolved metals. The filter removes unpleasant odors, Chlorine, Hydrogen sulfide from water. - The 5-micron Coconut Shell Activated Carbon Block filter absorbs heavy chlorine and its byproducts such as THM, and TCE. It filters out organic matter from water without release of carbon fines. Unique pore structure of this carbon is well suited for chemicals absorption, including SOCs such as dioxins, and VOCs such as chloroform and petrochemicals. The filter cartridge is easy to install and should be replaced about every 6-12 months for consistent clean and refreshing water.
