Description
- Parmesan Peppercorn Dip Mix makes a smooth and creamy cheese dip made with real Parmesan cheese and just the right amount of pepper zing. Use the chilled directions to create a mouthwatering vegetable dip. Try spreading the dip on top of bread dough when baking bread sticks. The baked variation is perfect for crackers, chips, or artisan bread.
- To serve as a chilled dip for veggies, chips, or artisan breads, mix contents with one cup of sour cream and 3/4 cup of mayonnaise. Chill for several hours for best flavor. Keep dip cool while serving with a dip chiller, or set a bowl inside of another larger bowl full of ice. Cheeseball Recipe: Blend together 24 ounces of cream cheese, two dip mixes, 1 cup mayo, 1 cup cottage cheese, and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Divide into three equal balls and roll in nuts. Chill overnight.
- Can also be served as a baked cheesy dip by blending contents with 8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 T lemon juice, 1 T melted butter, and 1/4 cup of cream. Fold in 1/2 cup of grated mozzarella cheese and dip mix. Bake in greased shallow baking dish at 375 F for 30 minutes or until edges are bubbling and golden brown. Add spinach, crab meat, or shrimp for variety.
