Description
- FITS MODEL: Spindle Compatible With 46 deck, 800 series with special design for 6 point Star center hole blades. For double pulley spindles
- CLEANING FOR MOWER SPINDLES: Inspect and clean, each time spindle is used, all surfaces. Also clean internal bore of spindle and threads on draw tubes of collet closing mechanisms. Dirt and chips in or on spindle will cause eccentric runout of collets or jaw chucks. A rust preventative such as LPS should be applied to all surfaces to protect the spindle from rust and corrosion.
- TESTING: All spindles are put through a rigorous test protocol prior to acceptance by our QA department. This includes vibration, noise, run out, both static and dynamic, throughout the spindles operational range. We also put the spindle through an extended reliability test phase to insure it will operate pR-operly when received by the customer.
- POSSIBLE PROBL-EMS: Spindle rough during rotation by hand, or bound up resisting rotation.Correction: bearings need to be replaced.
