Description
- Gold Leaf Plein Aire Frames will have gilded lines intentionally visible to provide an authentic, handmade and imperfect look and texture to the finish. They have a aged and vintage aspect in the grooves and the pattern varies from frame to frame. This frame has an imperfect gold leafed finish and will show lines, crinkles and other imperfections. THEY ARE NOT SCRATCHES.
- DOES NOT INCLUDE GLASS, BACKING, OR OFFSET CLIPS. If you choose to frame a canvas: it will only accept up to 3/4" and you will need to purchase 1/4" offset clips separately. If you choose to buy glass and backing: it will accept glass, one mat, and a 1/8" backing board.
- Plein Aire frames are perfect for framing art panels, and 3/4" pre-stretched canvas paintings. The 3" wide molding is enhanced by a raised and rounded top edge with an offset inner groove. Comes with hanging hardware.
- Some tools may be required based on the style of art being framed and are not included with the frame. Does not include glass or backing, these will need to be purchased separately.
