Description
- Rotted Wood Repair Kit: Re-Rot is the complete package to reverse, restore and rebuild rotted or sun damaged wood that anyone can easily use; it's a petrifying liquid hardener, it's a filling paste, or it's a putty: you decide.
- A simple 2:1 mix of resin:hardener makes a low-viscosity epoxy that penetrates and infuses deeply into soft woods, making them permanently waterproof and harder than new wood
- The boric acid wood flour is then added to a second mix of resin:hardener; add as much wood flour as you need to make a waterproof paste or putty that best suits your repair, then just sand and paint
- 4, 600 p.s.i. incredible bond strength to new or old wood; much stronger than traditional water-based PVA wood glues
- For flat repairs like window door bottom stools or thresholds, or for vertical repairs like wood siding and columns
