Description

  1. EFFECTIVE MIXING AND AGITATION 4Spray tank mixing agitation nozzles are designed to convert high fluid input velocity into a low pressure zone that induces surrounding liquid in the tank to enter into the nozzle and recirculate, thus effectively mixing the tank contents.
  2. ECONOMICAL TO OPERATE The amount of fluid that exits the nozzle is three to five times the amount of fluid that is pumped. This multiplier effect allows greater mixing efficiency while using smaller pumping capacity in open or closed tanks.
  3. MINIMAL MAINTENANCE & CLOG RESISTANT 4Spray tank mixing agitation nozzles require minimal maintenance with proven results. With no moving parts, our eductors are inherently clog resistant for reducing required maintenance and maximizing flow.
  4. IMMEDIATE AND CONTINUOUS MIXING Our eductor design allows the fresh feed to be supplied to the nozzle inlet rather than recycling it from the tank. This allows immediate mixing of the fresh feed with the contents of the tank, and then continuous mixing as the exit jet propagates downstream.
  5. TOLERATES TEMPERATURES UP TO 95 C 4Spray's glass reinforced polypropylene plastic tank mixing nozzles are a value-based product that allows you to mix fluids with temperatures up to 95 C without thermal breakdown.
