Description

- COATING THICKNESS ADJUSTABLE --By adjusting the two micrometers extend above the wet film applicator, the scrapers can be adjusted up and down to control the gap which is the coating thickness. When scraping, the clearance of the scraper is adjusted by 10 microns increments.
- APPLICATION --Suitable for research on accurate assessment of subtle differences in the film thickness.
- MAINTENANCE --Clean the instrument with appropriate solvent immediately after each use, both ends of the scraper move in the groove, which must be kept free of test samples at all times, micrometers extend may occasionally need to be re-positioned to correct wear or dislocation by loosening two hidden fixed screws on each micrometers extend.
