A Hybrid heavy gauge steel and aluminum construction give this overland truck rack the strength and durability needed to take on the toughest climates or terrain on your next overland adventure.
- Sold with complete LED kit: Kit includes: 4 3" ZROADZ hi powered LED cube lights, wiring harness with fusible link, relay, toggle switch and all necessary hardware. The 2-piece wiring harness can be routed cleanly inside the rack's channels. The Multi-Slot and Thru Hole mounting provisions designed throughout the rack provide multiple mounting points for various overland equipment, tools and other misc. camping or emergency gear.
- Manufactured from Aluminum, Mild Steel and Stainless Steel: Steel 10 g channel primary structural supports have an integrated mounting system that holds the ZROADZ Overland rack firmly to your Jeep's bed without any movement while the secondary 6 ga aluminum channels support your tent or overhead gear. The lightweight aluminum ACCESS gates are supported by Stainless Steel collars and an internal MDR self-lubricating busing gives the ACCESS gates a smooth swing action that can lock in 2 positions with the included safety pins.
- Bolt-On Installation with Clamping System: No Drilling Required. The rack is best suited for a closed size tent that measures 47" W x 55" L x 11.5" tall. Use ZROADZ 2 piece Crossbars, part Z834011 for larger tents that require clearance over the truck's cab. Available with 2 lifting gates, see part number Z834111.
