• MATERIAL: Mylar balloons make for a beautiful metallic finish. Filled with helium, they float. No helium? No problem! Inflate with a straw! 10" balloons are opaque matte latex finish. Please note: All balloons will float if filled with helium. Fill to 90 full to avoid popping. Coat with hi-coat for longer latex balloon float times. Average is 5-10 hours with helium depending on environmental conditions. Latex is porous.

Giant Mylar balloons adds that extra WOW! factor to your party. Great photo prop for guests. Easily filled with air or helium. When filled with helium, balloons will float and can be attached to a balloon string. Assembly required for photo props. Comes with sticks and glue dots. Pom poms need fluffing. Do NOT over fill balloons. Over- filled balloons WILL pop. Fill to 90 full. Float times may vary due to altitude, environmental conditions, and proper balloon sizing. Research shows average float time is 5-7 hours. Float time can vary significantly based on the level of inflation , size of balloon , and external factors such as temperature and altitude. Balloons float longer in colder temperatures. We recommend inflating balloons 1-2 hours prior to the event for the best results. Coat latex balloons with Hi-Coat if longer float times are needed. Please fill all balloons with 100 helium. Some companies will use 60/40 helium inflators to save money on helium. While this may work for small balloons, large balloons need more helium to float. If cheap helium is used or 60/40 helium inflator is used, this will cause large balloons to either not float or not float for very long. 100 Pure helium will provide the best results. Make sure to ask for 100 helium when filling your balloons.
