- CentricAir 4.0 whole house fan is designed for two-story homes up to 4400 sqft and single-story homes up to 3000 sqft and comes with a two-speed wall switch with digital timer. Set the speed of the fan and choose when it will shut off
- The R-50 COLD WEATHER DAMPER is powered by a commercial grade actuator that is tested to 60, 000 cycles. The damper door is insulated to R-50 to help ensure an airtight seal whenever the system is not in use. The damper can be installed vertically or horizontally. Heavy duty brackets provide additional support to keep the damper off the ceiling.
- QUIET MODERN ENGINEERING ADVANCES CentricAir whole house fans are ultra-quiet. The fan motors used in CentricAir systems consist of a German engineered, acoustically designed, precision balanced, 5-blade system, made of composite materials and wing tip design for a remarkably quiet operation . Also included is acoustical ductwork which further contributes to the whisper quiet operation.
- ULTRA ENERGY EFFICIENT AND BUILT TO LAST. The German made fan motor is rated for 40, 000 hours of operation and provides 30 more power and uses 1/3 less energy than other industry standard fans. It uses 623 WATTS of power and comes with a 15-year fan motor warranty.
- The CentricAir 4.0 whole house fans deliver a powerful and requires about 5.5 square feet of attic ventilation. When comparing CFM ratings always ask for the HVI-916 certified airflow rating. All other CFM ratings are whatever the manufacturer makes up.
