Here's how Mad Scientist Coffee Brewing works: Coffee grind should be slightly finer than regular drip methods. Fill the bottom carafe with cold water. Drop the washable, reusable cloth-covered filter into the top chamber with the attached chain dangling inside the siphon tube and hook the chain to the bottom of the tube. Add 5-8 (depending on your size carafe) small scoops of coffee to the top
