Designed for indoor and outdoor use, the DT1100 Insect Trap provides you with multiple installation options. Place it on a table, hang it with the included chain, or mount it to a wall for a lantern-like appearance. It provides a whisper-quiet operation with no zapping or buzzing sounds and requires no chemicals, expensive attractants, or propane to operate, providing you with a pesticide and odor free surrounding. Attract and trap all sorts of insects, including mosquitoes, flies, moths, yellow jackets, wasps, Asian beetles, stink bugs, and more. The DynaTrap DT1100 uses a 3-way system to provide protection against insects. First, the UV fluorescent bulb emits a warm light that attracts insects. Then a TiO2 titanium dioxide-coated surface produces CO2 that lures insects to the trap. Finally, the whisper-quiet vacuum fan sucks insects inside the retaining cage, where they eventually dehydrate and perish. The trap includes one replacement bulb but we have included an extra one. The bulb should be replaced after 3000 hours of use.
