Easily adjustable, you'll be able to customize your rope for the right length by using both your feet to anchor it to the floor while you hold it by your sides for accurate measurement. Then cut and adjust the handles accordingly. With our speed rope, you'll master the movement of Double Unders in no time.How to tackle the elusive Double Under:
  • Avoid using your entire arm to move the rope. You want to let your wrist steal the show during this movement.
  • Start with a single revolution of your rope before flicking your wrist to get the single jumps going. Try flicking faster to get a consistent swing tempo going.
  • You'll also notice you need to jump a tad higher to keep the rope from tangling under your feet. Keep your legs right under you when you jump and resist the urge to do any dramatic kicks in the air. This will ensure that you land on the balls of your feet for a quick rebound.
