Just insert the card in the top slot and the ATR120 will automatically position the card, print the date and time, and eject the card. This value-priced time clock supports weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payroll periods. The clock can be set to print -Inchlate in-Inch and -Inchearly out-Inch punches in red. You will quickly identify early and late punches, reducing payroll errors and processing time, and making time cards edits quick and easy. Use the built-in programmable buzzer to notify employees of shift start and stop times. A built-in battery backup maintains the time even during a power outage. Automatic Daylight Saving Time adjustments mean fewer hassles for you. Add the available optional NiCd battery pack and your employees will be able to punch in and out (up to 200 punches) even when the power is out! This clock requires the use of ATR121 time cards and is designed to be used for time and attendance recording in a professional office environment.
