- 0.035inch E71T-GS is an all-position, single-pass flux-cored wire designed for welding carbon steel. 2-lb Flux-cored gasless MIG welding wire wrapped in vacuum foil to keep moisture out.
- Flux-cored welding wire has stable arc action, high wire feed ability, easy slag removal, firm welding seam, less spatter, less welding smoke, no hole seam, and good welding bead appearance.
- The welding wire is suitable for the welding of important low carbon steel and low alloy steel and can be widely used in thin plate single pass welding, tower joint, fillet joint, butt welding, etc.
- E71T-GS wire has excellent penetration, the deposited metal can fuse with the base metal for higher low-temperature toughness and stronger welds, works well even on coated, rusted, dirty, or painted surfaces.
- Perfect for outdoor conditions. No protective gas is required, good wind resistance, and porosity resistance. There is no risk of the gas being blown away by the wind and there is no need to worry about porosity.
