Tower Speakers The innovative and sophisticated 3.5-way crossover has different crossover points for each woofer to eliminate lobing in the vertical axis and improve total radiated sound power. Translation - awesome bass response and a smooth, seamless transition to the midrange. SVS took the 3.5-way crossover concept a step further - each woofer has a dedicated and completely separate internal compartment with its own custom port tuning frequency. The result is bass you need to hear in person to fully appreciate. Similarly, the 4.5" midrange driver is mounted in its own dedicated and completely sealed compartment to ensure a smooth, precise and clear midrange free from standing wave coloration. Center Channel The dual 5.25" woofers deliver a full and rich sound, doing full justice to deep male voices and delivering plenty of punch on special effects. And to make sure those beefy woofers can't modulate the delicate and critical midrange frequencies, the midrange driver is mounted in its own dedicated and completely sealed compartment. Satellite Speakers Despite being small enough to fit into nearly any room and system, the overachieving Prime Satellite simply outclasses cheap HTIB speakers, packing the same technology, sound quality and performance as its bigger brothers in the Prime and Ultra lines.
