- This is a genuine Ladbrooke "Micro 20" soil blocker, the ultimate and trusted line of hand-held soil blockers for starting seeds. The Micro 20 makes twenty VERY TINY soil blocks that are 3/4" x 3/4" x 3/4". PLEASE VISUALIZE THIS SIZE BEFORE PURCHASING.
- The Micro 20 is used successfully by hundreds of gardeners and farmers around the world. HOWEVER, it can be the most challenging of the Ladbrooke soil blockers because it makes very tiny soil blocks.
- Part of the unique Ladbrooke Micro 20/Mini 4/Maxi "nesting" system for starting seeds and transplanting starts, the Micro 20 is best for STARTING VERY SMALL SEEDS, and requires using very fine soil blocking mix. In addition, the tool is made of a thinner, more easily bendable metal along with plastic components.
- Potting soil is compressed wet into the soil block mold and then discharged into a tray with the ejection handle. Very simple to use and handle. Soil blockers make a "pot-less" pot, and can be used for all seeds, and are great to use for cuttings as well. With soil blocks, roots are air-pruned and transplant shock, stunting, slow-growth is greatly reduced.
