Complete mounting instructions are included with your purchase and are also available below. . Compatible Cars: . 2006-2010 Peterbuilt Conventional Cab; Mounting Instructions. MOUNTING LOCATION: Right of center air vent. TOOLS REQUIRED: Hook tool, Phillips screwdriver, power. HARDWARE INCLUDED: F- 8x1/2 Phillips TapScr.. . Step 01. With hook tool assist, remove the thin strip below the center air vents and above switches. Start from the right side, lift up to release clips and tilt it out to release lip from left side of strip.. Step 02. With Phillips screwdriver remove the screws exposed that hold the dash cover in place. With your hands pull on the dash cover to release peg clips. Do not try to remove the plate completely. Pull out only enough to get a power screwdriver in to install the screws.. Step 03. Place Mount to right side of center air vent. Carefully install supplied self drilling/tapping screws. It is best to use a power drill.. Step 04. Snap the dash cover back into place. It may be necessary to pull out the clips slightly on the trim strip to help it stay in place when it is replaced.. Also straightening of the clip lips could help seat the clip better into the dash..
