- MAD MAIDEN Shrub is a full-strength drinking vinegar that starts with organic apples from Wisconsin orchards and is infused with Midwest flavors. It makes a refreshing soft drink, aperitif or digestif when mixed at a ratio of 1 part shrub to 5 parts sparkling or still water and served over ice. Feel free to add a bitter tonic, sweet black currant syrup, citrus zest, herbs from the garden, or fresh juice.
- CRANBERRY SHRUB is seasoned lightly, inspired by cranberry sauce, with juniper berry, rosemary, orange peel, peppercorn. Lightly sweetened with organic cane sugar.

- PAIRS WITH JUICE AND WATER. Cranberry Shrub is one note. Try it with cranberry juice tonic garnish with orange peel, or add to kombucha. Great for Thanksgiving cocktails and zero proof drinks. Pairs well with infused spirits like gin or plain spirits plus a little juice or simple syrup.
