Description
- Extra strength: This fiberglass woven roving is much heavier than most common fiberglass cloths and it's designed to add extra strength.
- Popular in boat building, especially when used with chopped strand mat. The mat helps the woven roving adhere well to subsequent layers.
- Build up thickness and structure quickly at a low cost with this coarse and strong fiberglass fabric. Woven roving is best used on large flat areas.
- Commonly used with Epoxy, Polyester or Vinyl Ester resins. Gun roving is meant to be used with a chopper gun that cuts the strands into small pieces.
- Great wet out and excellent laminate properties. The construction gives bi-directional reinforcement and the strength of continuous filaments. 24 oz. per square yard. 44 inches wide x 156 ft. long , 572 sq. ft.
