The commercial grade SCOBYs and starter kombucha tea included are measured and packed to successfully brew up to a 1 gallon batch. Remember there are a few basic ingredients needed to make kombucha at home:

1- SCOBY.

2- Starter kombucha tea (1.5 cups per gallon).

3- Tea (plain black or green tea work best).

4- Cane sugar.

5- Water.
