Description
- This is a two-component epoxy resin system adhesive with both English and Chinese instructions that has a range of attractive high-performance properties, including excellent temperature resistance, very good shear and peel strength, and excellent thermal cycling characteristics. It is particularly useful as a structural bonding agent. It has an effective temperature range of -68 F to +548.6 F, sets in 5 minutes, and fully cures in 15 to 24 hours!
- It has a paste-like consistency and minimal flow when curing. The 1:1 mix ratio bonds well to similar and dissimilar substrates, including metals, ceramics, glass, composites, and many plastics. It can withstand a variety of chemicals including water, many acids, bases, solvents, fuels, and oils. As mentioned earlier, it is designed to bond different substrates, withstand mechanical shock, and resist rigorous thermal cycling.
- The natural color is gray after curing, and it can be sanded, drilled, shaped, and even painted for surface repair. It is commonly used in aerospace, electronics, special OEMs, pipelines, and automotive repair, which require excellent adhesion, outstanding temperature resistance, outstanding thermal cycling ability, and drip-free viscosity.
