- Specifications: each Turbo Flap disc has a diameter of 5 in. and is secured by 5/8 in.-11 arbor hole for easy mounting. Metal finishing disc can be used at a maximum speed of 12, 200 RPM. The optimal speed range is 4000 to 6000 RPM
