- Features: Transceivers are not visible on the bus when the transceiver is powered down or in low-power modes; the I/O ports of the TJA1051T/3 and TJA1051TK/3 can be interfaced directly to a 3V to 5V microcontroller interface. These features make the TJA1051 the best choice for high-speed CAN network nodes. The TJA1051 does not support standby modes that can wake up the bus.
