The instrument itself is TreeWorks Chimes' most popular model, the single-row Classic Chime model TRE35, which is made in Nashville, Tennessee, USA. It is easy to play with a sweep of your hand. The shimmering tone blends nicely with all musical styles thanks to the aluminum/titanium alloy bars that are both heat treated and polished. The mantle is crafted from solid American White Ash with a hand-rubbed oil finish. Each chime bar is hand-tied with a super strong braided cord that can hold up to 50 pounds. This makes them incredibly durable. The included chime holder/mounting bracket allows you to position the chime anywhere you have a tubular stand (examples: cymbal stand, mic stand, music stand). The free padded chime bag protects the chime when not in use and makes it easy to carry from gig to gig. |
