- Fruits - Early White Scallop Summer Squash will produce 3 inch wide fruits. They resemble small flying saucers with a white-green outer skin and a white flesh.
- Growth - The plants will grow to a mature height of roughly 24 inches tall, producing 3 to 4 foot wide vines that grow much like a bush.
- Harvest - Early White Scallop is a high yielding variety that can be ready for harvesting in as little as 45 to 50 days. Pick the fruits by leaving 1 inch of stem to prevent rot.
- Quality - All Squash seeds packaged by Seed Needs are intended for the current and the following growing seasons. All seeds are stored in a temperature controlled facility that is free of significant amounts of moisture.
