An award-winning waterproof, buildable formula, DIPBROW delivers easy application and matte finish that won’t smudge or smear. You can easily outline, fill, and texturize your eyebrows, for a pristine look, everyday.

HOW TO USE.

• Apply a small amount of pomade onto an angled brow brush with short, stiff bristles.
• Gently distribute the product into the brush on the back of your hand or across the inside of the cap.
• Lightly apply DIPBROW in a line along the bottom of the arch and blend upward to distribute color evenly
• Line the top of the brow, and fill sparse areas with thin brush strokes.
• Blend gently to complete your brow
