The Sony Action Cam HDR-AS50 boasts an 11.1-MP back-illuminated CMOS sensor mated to a ZEISS lens with built-in SteadyShot image stabilization. When shooting, users can choose between "wide" and "narrow' viewing angles. In terms of videos, it shoots Full HD 1080p video while offering a 4K time-lapse video, and users can also record HFR (high frame rate) videos in a 720p resolution at 120p/100p. The HDR-AS50 also has built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for connecting to smartphone and tablet devices. The AS50 also includes the MPK-UWH1 Underwater Housing with a 197' (60m) depth rating.
