Description
- Superior AC System Flush Tool: This 1 liter empty flush canister is made of high quality stainless steel, sturdy and anti-corrosion. The tank body adopts integrated molding technology, which is very strong and pressure-resistant. The brass integrated cover is equipped with 1/4 inch American and European air plug with ball valve, brass outlet for connecting hose, pressure gauge and hook.
- Excellent Hose and Spray Gun: Rubber nylon resin material durable hose, 3-1/2 feet long, features with anti-corrosion, low fluid resistance and high bearing pressure, max working pressure is 600 pounds per square inch and burst pressure is upto 3000 pounds per square inch. Spray gun uses aluminium material with brass nozzle and rubber tappered tip. The fittings which will touch the flush solvent, all adopt brass and aluminum material, ensure the AC flushing kit can be used repeatedly.
- Wide Usage of JIFETOR Air Conditioner Flush Cylinder: When replace or retrofit AC system, or there is odorous smell from air conditioning, you can use this AC cleaning tool kit to deep flush each component individually including hose, condenser and evaporator. Do not flush the compressor, expansion valve, orifice tube, filter drier and accumulator. JIFETOR flush bottle set also can be used to clean fuel pipe, and any other washable line such as household refrigerator air conditioner line.
- How It Works: The air conditioning flush can, use shop air to pressurize and spray specific AC flush solvent, to flush old oil, refrigerant contaminants and residue, moisture, acid and dirt. The rubber tapered tip can be sealed against pipe opening and prevent backspray of solution. If the pipe opening is smaller than the rubber tapered tip, you can try to take the tapered tip off and insert the brass spray nozzle into the pipe.
- Operation Steps: When replace or retrofit AC system, you need recover the old refrigerant, disassemble AC system components, fill the flush canister with lightweight solution, assemble flush kit components and tighten, insert the tapered tip into line then flush and blow, assemble AC system component, vacuum leak check and recharge. Pay attention to pressure gauge index when using, please do not exceed 150 pounds per square inch.
