We use the finest ingredients and highest quality process to produce for the best possible granola. Our Process: All of the Avalanche granola is baked in a slow and low process in Switzerland in a 100 Green energy facility that is cleaned daily with only 100 bio-degradable and safe cleaning agents. After the baking process, the granola is packed in a foil pouch and nitrogen flushed. Nitrogen keeps out moisture and oxygen for a crispy and crunchy granola.
