The Weye Feye from XSories is an external device that enables you to wirelessly control your DSLR camera's functions via a free app available for both Android and iOS smart devices. The Weye Feye works with most Canon and Nikon DSLR cameras and can control shutter release, flash, ISO, aperture, white balance, manual or automatic focus, zoom, shooting mode, and many more functions - all from a distance of over 250 feet. The free Weye Feye app also features Live View, where you can see exactly what the camera sees with a latency of only 0.2 seconds. Once you've collected your media, the app's Gallery function lets you save or delete the photos/videos you wish to keep and share them instantly to social networks, the web, or even your own computer - all through the Weye Feye's built-in Wi-Fi network. The Weye Feye's battery life is completely autonomous from your camera, and can run for 8 hours on a full charge. The Weye Feye is your own personal camera assistant, saving you time and allowing you to focus on creating the best, most creative images possible. Install the firmware: Before upgrading the firmware of the WeyeFeye, please fully charge the battery. To make sure the battery is full, press the button. The LED close to the button will show the battery status. Green means that there is enough battery to do the upgrade. This is very important! 1. Unzip the attached WFPackUpgrade.zip file on a USB disk, and arrange the folder with the structure below. H drive: \- WFPackUpgrade \- upgrade.bin 2. Plug the USB disk into the WeyeFeye and turn it on. The LED close to the USB port will blink for about 10 seconds until the device is ready. 3. With an Android phone, go to the WiFi setting menu and connect to WeyeFeye91xxxx. 4. Then, open the Weye Feye App and it should ask you to start the upgrade process. 5. Click ‘Upgrade’ to start the upgrade. Please DO NOT turn off the Weye Feye during the process. 6. The upgrade process will last about 1-2 minutes. When finished, please reboot the Weye Feye. 7. Restart the App and enjoy using the Weye Feye!
