- ANTI-ELECTROLYSIS SACRIFICIAL ANODE - Aside from weighing down your skimmer basket, this zinc anode weight neutralizes the salt in pools with salt systems, protecting metal components of the ladders, screws, rails, lighting frames, and other metal components that are in constant contact with the saltwater
- GALVANIC ANODE FOR PASSIVE CATHODIC PROTECTION - The way the sacrificial anode works is that it corrodes first before other metal components in the pool - the zinc basically protecting more noble" metals .
