Description
- High-Carbon Stainless Steel Blade for strength and long edge life. Most JERO steel is sourced in Germany, with the remainder coming from some of the most respected steel producers in Europe.
- Dual Injection Molded On Handle - the TR Series features a soft grip outer layer that is almost rubber like. To construct the TR Series handles, first a very dense layer of commercial grade polymers are injected molded onto the blade and tang of the knife to create a very strong bond. Next the softer layer of polymer is injected onto the first layer under pressure to create a seamless bond.
- Blade Length is 7" and features a slight curve and design that is similar to traditional butcher knives in the US. The only difference is the blade was made narrow to reduce weight to make it ideal for trimming, skinning or slicing. Makes a great camp knife and it is easy to store.
- Handle design allows for all day comfort and control. Various pressure and finger contact points were added so the knife can be used in different handle positions. It was designed and tested with butchers to ensure the design met the needs of commercial meat processing use.
