This key gives you the versatility necessary to cook almost anything. PRESSURE LEVEL KEY: If you press "pressure level" you can change the cooking pressure level from mid, to high or low. DELAYED COOKING KEY: If you press the "Delay" button the display screen will show the preset beginning time. Press "+" or "-" to adjust the delay time. Then press the "Hours/minutes" button to change Hour and minutes. Then press the "Start" button, the unit starts the delay time countdown. When the countdown comes to an end, the function will begin cooking and enter into the keep warm state when finish.
