Description
- Namsan is dedicated to researching pet supplies, this Automatic water bowl is authorized by Namsan, which made of quality BPA free plastic, safety for pets, farm animals. Durable plastic would great for outdoor use and not easy to fade and broken.
- If you hook this bowl up with a 1/2 inch female hose will work fine, but if you want to use it outside, hooked up to a garden hose, the male connector will not work with most hoses unless you cut and replace the male end of the hose with a female end. If you want to use a hose, the waterer comes with an adapter to permit a 3/4 inch male connector instead of the 1/2 inch inlet.
- Teflon tape provided, you can use the plumber's tape to stop the leak around the fittings when hose hook up from water faucet to water bowl inlet, it will work pefectly.
- Floatation device would control the water level and auto-fill water, float valve can shut off water flow when it is full. As soon as your pet drinks and the level drops, the float drops and more water flows into the bowl. Holding 0.53 gallons water, suitable for dogs, cats, birds, chicken, ducks, rabbits or other small farm animals.
- This bowl is plastic and light, so it needs to be anchored. It has mounting holes on the bottom, near the back so it can be fastened on flat ground by a nail or screw to prevent the active pet from overturning it.
