- Cantalet AOC is a semi-hard, aged, cow's milk cheese from the Cantal department of thr Auvergne region in France. One of the oldest French cheeses, it dates back to 2, 000 years ago.
- This Cantal is aged for 3 months and has a taste that is strong, tangy, and buttery-comparable to that of Cheddar. Auvergne is a region known to be blessed by mountain storms and summer sun, and the pasture lands are extremely fertile.
