Perfect Dimensions The plates are 11.2" (28.5 cm) in diameter. Dishwasher, Oven, and Microwave Safe The plates are dishwasher safe, but you will also find that they can easily be cleaned by hand. Avoid using abrasive cleaners (steel wool, steel wire scrubbers, etc.). They are oven safe to 535 degrees Fahrenheit (280 degrees Celsius). As with all ceramic and glass dinnerware (including earthenware, stoneware, porcelain, and Pyrex), extreme thermal shocks of 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) should be avoided. That is, they should not be subjected to extreme increases or decreases in temperature, when, for example, placed directly in the oven from the refrigerator or freezer, placed directly on a stove, or removed from a hot oven and placed on a wet countertop.
