- CRAFTSMANSHIP - This blade is made of Clay Tempered Tamahagane Steel Choji Hamon.The blade is made of iron sand and charcoal called tamahagane, or jewel steel, strictly following the traditional Japanese method. These two materials are smelted in a tatara furnace. The iron and carbon elements fuse together into the steel ore known as tamahagane.The hardness has reached 60 HRC.
- PERFORMANCE -The blade has the Shobu Zukuri Shape.The blade is painstakingly worked on section by section, using wafer-thin slices cut from the main stones. It takes an experienced polisher 25-30 days to finish polishing the blade, resulting in the beautiful cloudy hamon. The sword is strong enough for cutting thick bamboo, small trees, bones, iron and copper wire. It is a highly recommended sword for serious collectors.
- MATERIAL - The blade is made of Clay Tempered Tamahagane Steel Choji Hamon, The saya made of real hard wooden with lacquer work finished.The Tsuka core is wooden and it is tightly wrapped over Genuine Ray Skin with black ito wrapped. the Tsuba , Kashira ,fuchi and Seppa of the sword was made of High Quality Japanese Iron. The Habaki is made of yellow pure copper.
