- OVERNIGHT COLD BREW - To brew 2 quarts of iced tea, place 1 ounce of your favorite Art of Tea blend in a steeper or empty sachet and place in your pitcher. Add 2 quarts of filtered cold water to your container. Place in your fridge and steep overnight . Depending on personal preference, the longer you leave the tea bags in, the stronger the tea gets. Remove from the fridge and take out the tea bags. Enjoy over ice, and if needed, sweeten to taste.
- QUICK ICED TEA - To brew 2 quarts of iced tea, place 1 ounce of your favorite Art of Tea blend in a steeper or empty sachet and place in your pitcher. Add in 1/2 quart of hot water to your container. Allow the tea to brew for its suggested time . Fill the remaining 1.5 quarts of your container with room temperature water. Using water that is too cold may cause the tea to become cloudy. Add ice to your serving cups, pour your tea over and serve.
- CREATE A PERFECT BREW - For the best flavor out of our Earl Grey Creme blend, brew one 8 oz cup of tea in water heated to 206 degrees Fahrenheit and steep 1 teaspoon for 3-5 minutes. If you're looking to make a larger batch, add one more teaspoon of leaves per 8 oz of water.
