Description
- The Silk Screen Printing Machine is used for 4 color 1 Station T-shirt overprinting. Screen frame holder could spin at 360 degree to match color. This machine is combination structure, suitable for express transportation, attached with whole set installation tools. The machine MUST be fixed on the table with screw before printing.
- Each screen frame holder has a locating detent, put it closely in the locating wheel, then can make sure the plate is exactly. According to the weight of the screen frame, spring tension can be adjusted by the screws to achieve balance. Near the locating wheel is a screw to achiever good off contact between the screen frame clamp and the pallet.
- This press come with bracket. It helps you install the platen more easily. The platen can be moved back and forth.
- The width of the screen frame clamp is 10inch, suitable for screen frame within the outsize size of 24inch and within the thickness of 1.6inch. The screen frame clamp can be moved up and down within 2 inch. The pallet is 22inch long, 18inch wide and 0.7inch thick. Surface of the platen is slightly pitting, more suitable for cleaning the pallet glue.
