The Louisville 8-foot L-3016-08 step ladder has a 300 pound duty rating. It features heavy duty gusset bracing. Heavy duty steel gussets on each step provide maximum strength and stability. Included as well are aluminum angle slip-resistant rubber feet to provide grip on ground surfaces. The molded top with handyman's tool slots allow you to hold tools at the top of the ladder. Finally the pinch-resistant spreader braces make it easy to open the ladder without pinching fingers.
